Interesting, David Hundeyin said "Exemptions were used to redact the file" but the document containing the "ruling" says "Non-exempt files should be released".

I understand this as "exempt files would still not be released (if there are any) and the exemptions still stand".

Tinubu's case has always been just allegations which have been going on for 30 years without substance.
If Tinubu had done drugs,he would have been convicted.The story was,as a young man who just arrived USA, he lived with some older kibsmen who were into drugs while he was with a firm in USA.
His bank was used by this older person for some money gotten from drug but he was found to be innocent but had to forfeit some amount because of the obvious.
He was found to be innocent of drug dealings.
