What are the metrics of performance  Who conducted it? Who funded it? When was it done? 2019? 2024? Or 2019-23? How did they arrive at the results? I know how PR works. In the next few years, some people will use this picture that any kid can design as poster of performance. There are many political jobbers in Nigeria and I know how the game works.
