You don't really know what you are saying. You are just arguing for the sake of argument.

There are levels to punishments, which is why you have the capital punishment which would be considered the highest of these punishments.

When you steal or fight in a company you get the capital punishment of getting sacked or dismissed as others will class it. For other minor broken rules. You can get suspended without pay for days, weeks, months. You might even get indefinite suspension but those are not capital punishments. There's no punishment a company can give you that can be more serious than sack. That's the Capital punishment for stealing and fighting in most organizations.
