It is true that the USA helped Ukraine during these times, but the USA also gained very valuable lessons from the war, which has made America way more stronger than Russia for now. In the first week of the war, with Ukrainian ground forces, America got s500, - which was Russia's newest weapon, getting that weapon will make Russia scrap that program, and go back to the drawing board. Also, the ability to study Russian hypersonic weapons in real time and even defend against most of them; and also other technical knowledge and strategies that could have been difficult to understand from a distance.


If Russia had taken over Ukraine in a month, went ahead and placed strategic weapons everywhere in ukraine; America would have been forced to spend over 500 billion or more, in one year, just to adjust to the perceived threat.
