torqque7:dude take a chill pill..yes those lawmakers goofed when they announced that they defected but luckily for them ,there is a procedure laid down in law for defection of lawmakers only that does not apply to other party or the executives,they have not follow that part yet hence when they realized their mistakes,they claimed they av not yet defected or decamp,the rules says you have to announce on the floor of the house or senate to the presiding officer and notify the clerk of which the presiding officer will announce your defection on the floor .they av not done that and thats the only thing the supreme court can recognize,if the had done that and their is no faction in PDP, both at the state and national level,it means they automatically losses the seats . 2 Likes 2 Shares |
