I ed my document of the 14th Feb. It show submitted but didn't receive Acknowledgment in my email. May be later in the day I will still if Acknowledgment is not sent to my mail

I was requested to my “Call to Bar”certificate.

I initially submitted on the 14th. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Due to concerns that the submission may not have gone through successfully (despite seeing ' successful'), and noticing that my email address was displayed instead of my NIN number, I resubmitted the document today at 5 pm.

I received a confirmation email thereafter.

Pls my email is the only thing displayed as well. And I have submitted since on the 13th, but I'm still yet to get any confirmation email from them.

It will appear up before the Name of the professional certificate to be ed but you can still another certificate because I just did mind like. I actually ed before on 14th Feb

I indicated professional certificate during registration but I can't . Hopefully it's resolved or the device means of receiving our certification.

Well, let's just keep trying, but men, I did all I can do. I used all the specified image type, resize, used different browsers and all, and still no positive outcome. Though, I just emailed them and also attached the screenshot.

I believe the verification of professional certs is usually physical, this is just part of the process. Fingers crossed, everyone who moved to this stage will be invited further, cause they are aware of their technical glitch.

Oh ok. I just noticed it now that I logged in again.

I re submitted my docs again, and no confirmation mail yet. Maybe there's something we ain't doing right.
Though it showed ed successfully.

Those of us facing technical issues, can we agree to all send them emails. They will only rectify these issues if we flood their mail box with emails. Please endeavor to send them an email stating your issue and/or problem respectively. Thank you.

They might not really respond but to read it then rectify the issue. I cant really tell the volume of emails they receive daily but I believe they will resolve it.

How can we not even have fair chance to present our documents as everyone else?

The acknowledgement mail is an update not a direct mail. Network glitch might affect it.
