let's assume you are right that they are not the same tribe. it is another reflection of African problem we divide ourselves to the minute details ...we are very tribalistic . if we don't antagonize each other on tribe , it will be religion , if it's not religion it's language , if it's not language , it's social status ....... when at the end of the day we are all the same people. Because I'm a yoruba man from Nigeria , that doesn't make it ok for me to attack an ibo man or another yoruba man from Benin. Apart from this,the huge Francophone country has never had one since its independence from Belgian colonial rule.
Even today, parts of the country particularly the east have been constantly ravaged by conflicts, disease outbreaks and fightings between armed groups and government forces.
Despite its enormous wealth of mineral resources like gold, cobalt, Palladium, Uranium, Copper Casserite, Germanium( often used as semiconductor), The DRC still struggles with poverty, economic developmental imbalance, systematic corruption.
