Alright, thank you for your response. I needed to ask to confirm if it was just me or not. Because it certainly isn't common place for a vendor, after completing discussions about the items to be sent, receiving delivery details from the prospective buyer and after giving the impression that dispatch is enroute; to go off without any explanation till date.

This happened on two occasions. After the first time, he apologised and the delivery was rescheduled for the following day, only for the same incident to occur.
