The electoral college was instigate by the founding fathers to prevent regional voting force, some states in the US have more population than others, and most times state are likely to vote base on ideologies line.

I'm not an expert on weapons or defence systems so I just stuck to the shiny basics like speed, range, response time and altitude so I ranked base on that.

Although I do know that some of this Air defence systems have performed better than some higher ranked ones on the battlefield .

Like how the iron dome has performed better than its Russian counterparts on their respective battle field.
