jjj37:Your imaginary natural curse only exists in your own world. I don't believe in such, so all your balderdash do not even make any meaning to me. You alone can have a natural curse in your life because you are the one who believe it exists. It's just like you saying Amadioha or Sango (gods of thunder) will harm Mark Zuckerberg. Isn't that very very very stupid? And if there is a natural curse, then there must be a natural prayer. Can you tell me why any natural prayer pertaining to progress in your life has never been answered? Keep fooling yourself on non existent ideas. 2 Likes |

Gbadebo19: Now I want to make it clear. I recommend we start arresting people who post others private information. Yours wasn't the only one posted here a young lad's pic was posted here at one time. I did nothing then because I wasn't at the receiving end but no longer. Anyone who again crosses private line of anybody here should make sure he is truely anonymous on nairaland if not Nigeria will be too small for such a person. 1 Like 1 Share |

LMAO. It's funny how you strongly avoid context whilst talking about Russia but burst your strong ass to look for context whilst talking about your beloved USA. When talking about achievements like the as whooping of the Nazis, you strongly proof that USSR is not Russia but when talking about failures like Afghanistan you suddenly compare USSR with Russia. Even USSR was able to remove the Afghan govt at that time and it was the US that funded terrorists like Bin Laden who were not even Afghan to fight against the Soviets. My brother, all the balderdash you wrote here does not change the fact that US needed dozens of rich countries to conquer the Taliban and years later, the Taliban uprooted every gain the US coalition made in Afghanistan. That's the fact but I wish you luck as you keep seeking for context that doesn't exist. Ciao obedience4: 17 Likes 3 Shares |

freakyamanda: Context, you are the one who brought Afghanistan into the frame, I just pointed out how it is hard to fight an Insurgency style war, using the mighty Soviet Union as a case study.. I advise you to read more about the Afghanistan war, and see what each nations contributed to the war efforts. You obviously are not well read in the issue you are trying to agure about. Let me help you a little bit

My unbais opinion on the top ten best Air defence systems in the world rank from the tenth to the first. Iron dome: some of you might say what iron dome at number ten it should be way higher. My reasons for placing the iron dome at number 10 is it's range 70-75km, Can reach altitude of 10 kilometres, top speed mach 2.2, an impressive response time of 15 seconds it's great against low flying rockets and missles plus drones but not so great against high altitude ICBMS or anything supersonic . it has an excellent radar systems too as long as you're within range. It is not immune to being overwhelmed that's why the state of israel uses it in coalition with other air defence systems. The iron dome uses the very effective kinetic hit to kill approach (kinetic hit-to-kill" approach refers to a military strategy where a projectile, like a missile, destroys a target by directly colliding with it at high speed, relying solely on the force of impact (kinetic energy) to disable the target, rather than using an explosive warhead to fragment it) the best thing about the iron dome is it can engage hundreds of targets all at once this last two points is what makes the iron dome a top air defence system At number nine we have MEADS Made by the US and Italy. It can operate at an impressive Range of 150km with and altitude of 20km can reach speeds of up to mach 5 with a good response time of 10 seconds it's only down side being it can't engage more than 20 targets at the same time that makes it more vulnerable to be overwhelmed more than the iron dome. It's solid though in all other departments Eigth we have ASTER 30 SAM P/T Made by the US. it has a range of 150km can reach altitudes of 25km reaching speeds of mach 4.5 a response time of less than 10 seconds can track and engage up to hundred target at the same time. Number 7 MIM 400 PATRIOT. A range of 180km can reach altitudes of 50km a response time of less than 8 seconds reaching speeds mach of 5.5 add the hit to kill approach it utilises this is extremely effective against low and medium range targets only supersonic threats stand a fair chance against it. It can track and engage multiple targets all at once. At number six the S300 v4 A Range of a massive 400km can reach altitudes of 30km a response time of less than 10 seconds reaching speeds of a mind blowing mach 9 The downside of this Air defence systems to me is that it can track a little over 20 threats and engage with them. But it's range and speed makes up for that flaw since it can engage threats from far away before they get close enough to cause harm. To be continued jeez I'm tired of looking at my phone screen. 1 Like |

Kingsnairaland:Battle of kusrk ww2 was the largest tank battle, and the single largest battle in the history of warfare. The Germans suffered one of the worst defeat in their military history in that battle. It was foolish for Ukraine to move their forces into kursk, they only sent them there to die. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

Gbadebo19:If no diplomatic resolution is achieved upon Trump’s assumption of office, Pokrovsk will face a catastrophic downfall similar to avdiivka and the others. Having closely monitored this war, I have gained a profound understanding of the tactical and strategic methodologies employed by the Russian military in orchestrating battlefield maneuvers. The last time I analyzed Pokrovsk’s situation, Russian forces were approximately 12 kilometers away from the city. However, recent Ukrainian battlefield intelligence indicates that Russian troops are now less than 2 kilometers from breaching this critical stronghold. The shift in Russian tactics has been pivotal. Instead of a direct assault on the city center which would have inevitably resulted in significant casualties, they have adopted a flanking maneuver, targeting supply routes from the south. This strategic adjustment has brought them perilously close to achieving their objectives. According to credible sources, Ukrainian forces now believe that Russia's primary aim is not to seize the city center but to encircle it a strategy that has been employed repeatedly throughout the conflict, albeit with varied and sometimes unexpected outcomes for the enemy. From my perspective, Russia, leveraging its doctrine of maskirovka, should consider opening new assault fronts in the Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions. With sufficient political and media hype, this maneuver could successfully divert Ukraine’s military resources away from Pokrovsk. Simultaneously, Russia could redeploy forces from the Kursk region to these secondary fronts as another element of maskirovka, allowing Ukrainian forces to regain marginally significant positions lost during Russia’s previous counter offensives, giving the Ukrainian military a sense of victory before the Russia planned disaster arrives. Such an approach would enable Pokrovsk to collapse like a chain of dominos, consolidating Russia’s strategic advantage. This analysis underscores actionable strategies rather than empty boasts.like yours, providing insights into the complexities of battlefield operations. Cities like Avdiivka and Bakhmut present far more formidable challenges to capture compared to Pokrovsk, largely due to their strategic geographical positioning. The delay in securing Pokrovsk can be attributed to its location; it was situated approximately 17 kilometers,if not more, away from the frontlines when the Russian military set its sights on it. Furthermore, the lack of robust air has played a significant role, which is why assets like the FAB bombs have not been employed with the same intensity as they were in Avdiivka. Patience is key. Watch closely, and within the next five months, you’ll see if Russia does not successfully seize this stronghold. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Lawag3:I am not here to criticize you or your assertions, but this piece seems to lack authenticity. A compelling analysis should reflect a touch of personal sentiment, including the inevitable bias that comes with human perspective. What you’ve presented, however, feels more like a regurgitation of a system's brochure, merely reiterating well-known facts rather than offering fresh, insightful perspectives. That said, I do appreciate the motivation behind your write-up and the effort put into it. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Gbadebo19: When Russia is 1km away from cutting the four highways to pokrovsk and cutting the main highway linking pokrovsk to dnipro. Russia has no plan to attack the city directly. Encircle it, apply pressure to Ukraine forces in the city and proceed to the dnipro River. After that rest and straighten the supply line while still applying pressure to pokrovsk 3 Likes 2 Shares |
