The max to train a chicken from day old to 8 weeks can never exceed 10k, why are people selling chicken for 25k?

Nigerians are just inherently wicked.
Some of you will just sit down one place with your phone typing nonsense on social media. A bag of feed goes for 24k, let's say you buy quarter bag starter feed for 6k, you will still need to buy quarter bag of grower feed, and later need to buy finisher feed, let's say all of them are the same price, that's 18 already, what about the medications, what about the efforts and time for maintenance of the stock, is person doing all these things not human being? Make una dey use une head o.

The most shocking one is the increase in price of onions and groundnut oil angry

Onion is normal during this time of the year, but you see that groundnut oil eh... Seems it has been adding 1.5k every week, since late October

I bought 4 chicken for 100k

Do people still leave chickens roam across streets in Nigeria? At 25k per chicken, I expect that would stop people just leaving chickens to roam the streets.

Bush man mentality. So you Don't know that some of the chicken do lost dia lifes in the process of feeding them? Some people bought 30 chicken, at the end about 10 of them will die and you expect the person to come and sell them to you at the rate of 10k per one?

Imagine the bullshit, workers hasn't being paid. How are they supposed to survive? Rubbish country!!
Redman44(m): 10:59am On Dec 21, 2024
For 2025 Christmas, just raise chickens, turkeys and ducks yourself to avoid stories. And you don't have to give them expensive feeds. You can give them food scraps, scraps from parties ( rice, eba etc ), corn shafts, and your own compounded feed. Let them roam in your compound and feed on grubs in the soil etc. You will spend less money this way. Cheers.

The reality is... #1000 is the old #500,all these cashless policy of reducing money in circulation is a mean to reduce inflation.if government can reduce cost in food ,shelter and transportation.inflation would reduce overtime.
