That is 1 room size.
It required only 1 operator and 1 Labour.
But Nigeria currency fuckup the deal.

Gypsum cement would swell in with water.
White Portland cement would just hydrate and harden permanently. He should have used white cement. The confusion is people calling both type white cement.

It's not as durable and susceptible to moisture but it won't affect your tile. It's not bonding the tiles to the floor or to each other. Just as grout to fill the demarcation.

But I think all these conjectures and self-exaltation such as "dirty water for pigs" doesn't define professionalism and it is an exhumation immaturity that shouldn't be found with a big brand like yours.
