The declaration will be done by you. You are the bachelor or spinster. Abi you won't know if you are married?

Guys. I'm just following the thread. I want to be sure of documents to be authenticate both in the MOE and MOFA. So basically I only authenticate

1. SSCE
2. DEGREE CERTIFICATE
3. TRANSCRIPT
4. ATTESTATION OF BIRTH LETTER (NPC)
5. ELIGIBILITY LETTER


My question is. What are the other right documents to proceed on to Authenticate.

Please I would like to confirm, is it only in September that universities resume in Austria for master's degree? don't they have like January - March resumption date?

He’s right once all your documents have been verified you can legalize anytime you’re ready everything is already there on their database. If you’re still in doubt you can email the embassy and find out they reply fast

No ma each university have their own academic calendar just like our universities here have rain semester and harmattan semester there’s is winter and summer semester. Winter semesters in most cases begin enrollment from October 1st and ends it in last week of November while summer semesters begins in 1st of February and ends in the last week of march

4. Before going for authentication, hope your school already send confirmation letter to MOE, and lastly hope you have somewhere or enough money to lodge in hotel before your authentication is done

Transcript. (Send to Ministry of Education)
Bsc Certificate
SSCE certificate.
Eligibility Letter. (Ministry of Education)
Declaration of Age. (High Court)
Use Declaration of Age to get Attestation from National Population Commission.
Marriage Certificate.
International port.

Go to Ministry of Education with those documents.
Go to Ministry of Foreign Affairs when you are done with Ministry of Education.
Legalize only documents needed by the school.

RP.

Police character.
Questionnaire.
Bank Statement. 13,000 Euros.
Tuition Payment Receipt.
Travel Insurance. Starts from Date of travel.
International port.

Not necessary in your case, only necessary if you are aiming to pay same lower tuition rates as Austrian or EU citizens, or you aim for a simplified ission procedure that applies to certain group of people.

I had a similar issue when I wanted to do my verification, they didn't ask me for an affidavit although I did just in case, when submitting my documents I just called the person attention to it, he checked the affidavit and didn't see MOFA stamp/signature, he gave me a correction form to come 2 days later and submit the affidavit with MOFA stamp/signature.

Do an affidavit that states your NAME and the names that appear on your documents that are not the same, claiming those names are the same as your NAME, then get MOFA stamp/signature on the affidavit; if you don't do this, they will likely call you back within the verification process, you know what that means.

Since its SSCE documents you are authenticating, sending of mails is not necessary.

2) For someone like me that went to federal High Court(Osogbo) for Declaration of Age thereafter went to NPC(Osogbo) for attestation, has that qualified me to have a digitalized document?

3) In case question two isn't satisfied, Please can you help me list the states/cities where digitalized documents(Declaration of Age and Attestation/Birth Certificate)can be gotten aside from Osun State.

1. The age will only needed to be stated IF the deponent ain't any of your parents. For instance if your uncle, sibling or anyone is the deponent the age MUST be stated.
2. That qualify you for your digital attestation. Just ensure your affidavit comes before your attestation of birth.
3. Digital affidavit is done in many states but I'm very sure of Abuja
