I have been thinking of bringing ugu seeds from Nigeria recently.

Maybe I can plant at my backyard.

I don't like eating soups without veggies... And most times I don't see what I need. So just combine anything from cocoyam leaves to cabbage or lettuce.

Areas with high population of Nigerians would buy...

But it's easier to grow the seeds than bring in the leafs itself.

Similar climate so I think it will grow well!

I so much detest seeing yam or plantain in peppersoup. It is meant to be a soup garnished with meat or fish and not also yams. Other than that, the peppersoup looks good.

There's a special stir-fry rice my Mum does with scrambled eggs and curry. I miss it so much!

And also ofe-akwu and white rice. Please let the ofe-akwu have chunks of goat meat and ponmo, and let my Mum be the one to cook it.
