I ordered my Starlink device on May 31st, which included the full Starlink kit (Dishy and Router) along with the Ethernet Adapter. Today, I received a call from the delivery person while I was unavailable, so a family member received the package on my behalf. However, when I got home, I found only the Ethernet Adapter and no Starlink device.

I asked the person who received it if there was anything else, and they said no. They mentioned that it was a DHL dispatch rider in uniform who made the delivery. To clarify, I showed them an unboxing video of the Starlink packaging, but they insisted that something of that size wouldn't fit into the dispatcher's box. It made me wonder if the dispatcher only delivered the Adapter, possibly because the receiver couldn't identify the full device.

I’m reaching out to those who have ordered directly from Starlink and also included the Ethernet Adapter in their order. Were your packages delivered separately or together? This situation seems unusual, and I’d appreciate any insights.

Is the tracking number different or they are combined. You should reach out to DHL because most times they are delivered separately.

Yes, you are right. They're delivered separately. I just received a mail from them. Though I got only one tracking number from them.

Guys! I just received a call from Starlink customer . I am still very supprised, confirmed they are still based in the US and would soon be receiving calls but for now we can only request for calls.

The speed of the Roaming plan is not as good as the Residential, we use it at my office on a good day we get around 30-40mbps, it's usually around 10-20mbps, on their website the Roaming plan speed is caped at around 50mbps.

Router just stopped to dey function out of the blue after the Strike power outage. I am currently using the replacement they sent me when I complained about 5ghz issue. So they decided to send a full kit this time + 1 month abeg no vex subscription.

By full replacement you mean, full starlink replacement or just the router replacement?

This is one mistake you should never do when installing your starlink.
Never put it at the tallest point of the roof. It'll just serve as magnet for thunder strike. Any thunder going to your house will hit the tallest part of the house.

It should be installed below top roof level.

You will have to return it. Or you'll get charged for it. They already provide some shipping documents.
Print them, attach to previous one and drop at the nearest DHL facility for free.

I just removed the old dish and replaced with the new one after using Stowaway mode. I didn't even experience up to 5 mins worth of downtime.

Try the Archer Series, i use TP-Link AC1750 Archer 7 and it has 'been serving me. you can also try the TP-Link AC1900 (archer works well too.

if you prefer the wifi 6 routers, the the TP link AX series are your goto.

Having issue paying with Kuda card on Starlink, tried it twice I can only see 51 Naira deduction twice not the actually 49K with payment decline. Please my people which card is working with Starlink
