I would advise u appeal it on a comionate ground.
Explain to the visa officer how extremely important to travel with your baby based on the age and the motherly care needed.

You can only ask for reconsideration of the visa application because it is a visit visa, not an emergency. IRCC can approve or reject your request because it is not a resident visa or a failed asylum claim, so an appeal on comionate grounds does not apply to this case!

Don't even think of applying again for now. Your priority now is to get the GCMS note. With this you will be able to know the documents your agent submitted on your behalf and the things the Visa Officer wrote down when he/she was considering your application. Armed with this information you will be better prepared to put up a strong application.

Pls house my visa was denied bt my agent refused to tell me since last year November, it was yesterday he told me because I was worrying him, now I wnt to apply for another one from another agent but I'm now asking him if am going to do another biometrics and he said I will do another biometrics, but I told him that i don't need to do another biometrics because my biometrics never 10yrs, so pls house is it true that i will do another biometrics?

Another big issue is that there is no way to confirm if the LMIA is real or fake until you apply for a work permit. If it's fake, you get a ban, and it's also a closed work permit. Some people will get the work permit after payment to agent only to discover there is no real job available. Then, the Canada Revenue Service will come knocking at your door to pay taxes based on the work permit you got, but there's no real job. Shine ur face well!

Hi everyone, I need your suggestions and experienced advise based on the profie of me and my wife below.
i am a Canadian citizen currently living in Nigeria for more than 1 year, I got married to my wife some months ago. My wife is a postgraduate student in one of the federal universities in Nigeria.

We know about the sponsorship process but we do not want sponsorship for now as I am currently still here in NIgeria attending to some personal issues.

My wifes birthday is coming up in a few months time and I am planning a month getaway to Canada for the 2 of us so basically whats the suggestion in how to go about applyiing for a visit visa for my wife.

I am worried that the stundentship will not be enough a proof that she has ties to NIgeria, on the flip side since she is eligible to apply for PR in the future, I am wondering if I add a note that we are aware that abusing the visitor visa if granted will affect her chances at PR in future so we wouldnt be abusing it.

i am her sponsor and have a balance of over 50,000cad in cash to show as proof of funds.

This is reason many of our people are stranded on this japa mentality because they refuse to follow logical reasoning but rather unnecessary sentiment and religion mindset .many on this forum landed in Canada last year with mindset of lmia and got stranded but here you are again with your dark mind thinking it possible to arrive Canada and get lmia...you will learn the hard way !

The canada consent form, am i going to fill only section A for myself or i need to fill section C too for tourist visa.

Received rejection letter today, applied Nov 8th, 2023, TRV biometrics done on Nov 17th, file was later updated to the date the spousal sponsorship biometrics was done which was Dec 18th, 2023. Reason for denial stated below:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in
your country of residence

You don't need to fill consent form if you are requesting GCMS note for yourself.

Yes you are right. Lmia job offer for $5000 is really a red flag. The one I know and is genuine is an lmia in construction and is $20k but you will pay half of it then when everything is out. The salary is $30 per hour and the job is in BC.
