Absolutely, but you have to go to The Santiago Bernabeu...and see why, they've over 100 trophies ( including 14 UCL cups🏆) won from major competions and most of them date back to about a century ago ( I think the tour guide told me since 1905)
I personally counted 98 trophies when I visited the Stadium last Summer when their stadium was undergoing some external maintenance...
So my guess is that most of the young players want to follow the tradition and leave their mark and their name in the list of honors as well
