This is commonsensical that NWC have the prerogative to conduct primaries, same way fraction in the state party cannot constitute fraction at the National party, so say the same supreme court. The appeal court just unjustly robbed those PDP guys that lost their seats to oppositions, including LP and APC. It's pure day light robbery.
