Omo me sef know seyy job na suffered head 😁,but let me enlighten you. 13th month is different from upfront allowances sir. You are mixing two different things. One is an end of year bonus mostly equivalent your monthly take home (13th month) and the other is a lump sum of yearly earned allowances that an organisation decides to pay you upfront rather than breaking them down into monthly bits (upfront).

I've stated the only condition why she can earn more than you.

13 month is entirely different. Is just an additional salary apart from the usual monthly salary. The allowances you are talking about is different. some agencies pay it inside your salary. some pay it as upfront . But 13month is totally different from what you just mentioned.
