Good day bosses. My Samsung note 10 plus suddenly went off and it's not coming up ever since. It's not charging, not displaying anything at all, but it was right in my hand using it before it went off.

What could be the problem please?

Tap SIM card manager.
Select Add mobile plan. When a mobile plan is found, follow the on-screen instructions to activate the eSIM. Scan a QR code.
