Last year when I wanted to get it in Oyo state,they said the backlog is holding till December from September and if I need it urgently I was advised to go to Ekiti state,Ondo state or Osun state. A friend did it in Ekiti and another in Osun state and they got it in less than 2 weeks .

I have seen someone who did it for grandma in Ilorin Kwara state and got it in less than 1 week

Except you want to pay for a vvip service and get it in a jiffy, if not you go wait for at least minimum of 2 to 3 months.
Even if you settle ground and the settlement no heavy or your no get mouth for the office, you will still wait like a regular person.
