My sister's application is completed except for her medicals (the previous one expired), She got a notification for a medical request on the IRCC portal as well as an email from Nairobi requesting her medical sheet. Eligibility is completed as well.

Her school informed her that her ission would be cancelled by the 4th of August with no deferral option if she did not submit her study permit approval. The earliest appointment she has with IOM is the 11th of August, She requested an extension with the school and was approved for the 10th of August.

Please advise what she can do, or if there is anyone who has an earlier appointment that can be swapped, please send me a direct message, we are willing to pay.[b][/b]

Birth certificates of both of you should bear same name for mother.
If you can also add evidence previous commitments to show when he has helped you in the past and why it's not out of place him sponsoring your study.

It does not matter. My daughter was a pure science student. ,bit got itted into Economics and approved with . The daughter of a colleague also a science student in WAEC, but got itted for ing was also approved and now preparing to travel to Canada.

I got the acknowledgement that it was in transit to IRCC on the 27th of July. I get the same message when i track it on vfs website. The prompt i get is my processed port has been sent to canada visa office on the 27th of July. It will be a week tomorrow since i got a mail from Vfs that my port is in transit to IRCC. No confirmation that its at IRCC office yet.

I have someone who eligibility is still in progress but has gotten PPR and stamped

The study route work well to get PR. After your program you from a DLI institution, you will be eligible to apply for PGWP, after which PR through Express entry, Provincial Nominee Program PNP, these are also ways to get PR. It is a whole process but it is worth it. within 7yrs you can be a Canadian citizen

They didn't explain the lump sum deposited on the , they can reapply taking everything that was stated in the gcms note into consideration. note 500k, 1M can be a lump sum

Good evening guys, I submitted my port in lagos using usps on 14th of July, for myself and my baby. First I got a message that it has been received at the Canadian Visa Application Center at Abuja OC on 20 July. Then 21st I got another email that it was in transit to IRCC office. After then I didn't get another message not until 31st that's on Monday, that it has arrived at the ircc office. Please how long more do I have to wait, is there something wrong somewhere? Cos I heard it takes just 2 weeks for the process to be completed and returned. I am so worried. I will appreciate replies 🙏 because my school is to resume September 6, and I have not even booked my ticket and the prices are flying😪

Please don't panic. I was in your shoes few days ago. But my port is now ready for collection in Lagos.

Since it is now in IRRC office, you can send webform and/or email to IRCC office to fast track the process. I did that like two times when I didn't get any update after 6 days at IRCC office and I wish I did that earlier.
