You should be able to get close dates by upgrading your visa application experience by using one of TLS and/or UKVI services which priority service is one of them.

Although if your application is Non Straight Forward (NSF) i.e more information is required from you, your application will still be delayed beyond the stated timeline for priority services.

If you still have the luxury of time because priority services are used by applicants with short days to resume school, you can simply use one of the following on their site.

This is done by simply paying for one of their other TLS value added services such as;

Lounge for N44,000 (Less queue inside and you get to relax at their lounge with any of their complimentary drinks, snacks, tea and anything available before and after your biometrics)

Prime Time Appointment for N38,500 (This is if you can’t come to the visa centre during business hours)

Assisted Service for N12,300 (You get all your documents scanned and ed by them at the center if you don’t wish to self )

Lastly, It is also advised on this trend which I will quote

“Ideally you should all your documents 24-48hours before your biometrics if you choose the self appointment. I always advice 72hours to avoid stories”

“With assisted there's nothing to do, you only need to take your documents to your appointment and it will be ed at TLS”

How did your SOA expire? Was it an arrangee SOA? If it is, then you should be happy the school didn't withdraw your ission which means your deposit won't have been returned

Pls do they strictly follow the appointment time at TLS Ikeja?

For example, if my appointment time is 2pm, and I come by 8 am would they attend to me, or I have to wait till 2pm?

Also what if I come late, after my appointment time, would they attend to me?

Ok I applied with my wife and kids too. Visa for MA is out and the rest of my dependents are still on received by DMC.

I noticed a trend, people with only husband and wife applications got visas same day.

I don't know if any other person with kids has gotten visa since June.

I have waited since 10th oh July till this moment it have not left the DMC stage. Any useful information can help.

You should have reprinted another statement from that point till date

Why should the Uni give you their CAS when you haven't met the 10points on finance

Unfortunately I can't speak on your chances as you are currently racing with time and are really behind at the moment

1. Process for sole custody is through the court, you will need to speak to a lawyer for that

2. It depends on the age, some airlines offer unaccompanied minor flights.

What is your definition of close relatives? Do you mean immediate or extended? Besides you will need to first prove your relationship with the person and then consent letter to travel with your children. There may also be push back from border control

I would strongly advise that the MA explores the unaccompanied minor option or travels to get them

Funds are funds his until it is attached to an application then it gets a meaning

Until then the focus is on the MAs application and evidence that he meets his own requirements

If the ECO is suspicious,they may ask for the source of funds, if not all good
