This is GoMoney (a digital subsidiary of Sterling Bank). I used to use it before at rate of 490/$ when black market was black marketing as usual.

The limit now is $100. Not tried it again yet to know their current rate (if it's like Wema's 944/$ or more closer to black market rates)

I did remove my card from their card payment platform when the card was no longer working then. Trying to add it again today, Aliexpress declined it on the ground that there's no enough money on the card (am yet to fund my acct)

The item is no more available to be shipped to Nigeria, as I checked now. But this is the only reliable 18650 battery seller on AliExpress that I know.

Thank God for the removal of emefiele. If he was still there, none of these things happening now would occur. It baffles me how millions of nigerians were blocked from making international transactions with their ATMs. Is that not madness perpetuated by one man? GTB should stop delaying and this train habaa! That's the only functioning card i have at the moment. These virtual card people have eaten my money and i am tired of them.
