Good morning y'all..
I've been in Abuja for a month now,and I love how calm and peaceful it is especially the area I stay which is Gwarinpa, second Avenue.

Now I'm thinking of relocating from Uyo To Abuja by September this year.
I know things are expensive but I love how everywhere is calm and nice compared to Lagos where everywhere is crowdy, noisy and stuffs I can't keep up with like heavy traffic and so on

Now,Abuja based nairalanders
Is there any challenge you have living in Abuja or any regrets?
Is there anything you would want me to know?
Abeg, share am with me make I no carry leg enter where I no fit commot..
Meanwhile..Bolt prices wan choke me😩

The level of crime and kidnapping in Abuja is second to none, especially in those areas close to the border with Niger State.

Herdsmen are always kidnapping Abuja residents then escaping into the thick Niger state forest with their victims.

His point is that Nigeria is a useless country which is run by useless politicians.

Lol.

Lagos is ranked the worst place to live on earth . You're greeted with dirt , death and disease the moment you step foot into this city .

Lagos is a thug mansion

I also relocated from Lagos to Abuja. It's been great so far, I like it here, just that apartments are usually on the high side compared to lagos. While in lagos, I said I will never live in lekki because of the cost of rent, but what I am paying currently can get me a sweet three bedroom apartment in lekki.

Furthermore, I heard kidnapping is on the rise, especially for people that uses public transport. I can't relate because I always have my rude, but be very careful while jumping taxis

Good choice, I'm sure you'll be happy to have made the choice in few years from now. As long as you're not lazy, Abuja rewards hard workers.
