I spoke with a lady last night that said she booked on the 10th of June, hasn’t received anything yet. I personally booked 15th, I’ve received nothing yet too.

No no ,you don't need to worry about that. The embassy will ask ABH. ABH will ask your spouse for some documents and when the required documents meet the requirements,there will send the pre-approval to the embassy.

Calling this a pre-approval is misleading. It is approval. A pre-approval for EU Blue Card for instance is gotten before application (booking for appointment) is started at the embassy in Nigeria

Well you are probably right, but I'm calling it that because the very first email we received from ABH it was addressed as pre-approval and when my spouse also called them during our time of the dead silence from the embassy, they still called it pre-approval. I'm sorry if anyone feels mislead.

June 6? That’s weird. Someone told me they booked on the 7th of June and already received email. Except she lied sha. You know sometimes people hoard information on appointment dates and all. I don’t get the reason why they do that anyways. I know someone else that booked 10th of June, she hasn’t received yet sha, so let’s hope by this week. They probably release emails on Fridays.

Booked for re-union visa appointment 23/03/2022

Wife got an email from the embassy on 24/04/2023 for appointment on 16/05/2023 (verification fee was not asked, although she was with it, she did not bother to ask since we were even praying for that long process to be skipped….lol)

Received a letter from ABH on 15/06/2023, dated 9/06/2023 asking to submit documents (verification was indeed skipped)

I submitted the documents on 03/07/2023. I got a response from ABH on 10/07/2023 that my wife's visa has been approved and it is now on Lagos to issue the visa.

12/07/2023, she got an email to submit her port, travel health insurance and travel date. We submitted all same day and she got her port with visa stamped on 19/07/2023.

I hope it helps and gives someone hope.
