They said the stories are being updated for 'modern audiences', whatever that is supposed to mean. Chivalry has become outdated and the idea of the damsel in distress is no longer acceptable. There's nothing wrong with women having balls of iron; there are women in reality who are very courageous and strong. There's nothing wrong portraying women as being very capable. I can only complain when they make the men entirely useless and same applies to women being entirely useless.

This is not the kind of strength I'm referring to. I mean 'physical strength'. Women are now portrayed as being able to match men " strength for strength, blow for blow" even when biologically this is quite the opposite. In the past there was a balance, but not anymore.

For your information, the Flash movie they are showing to early viewers is still the Cinemacon version_ the version with unfinished CGI not the complete movie that will release on 16th June.

This Cinemacon version doesn't have end credits scenes and it was tweaked a bit to hide the big reveals like the original ending, this is just for marketing purposes.

It's not the complete movie.

It's getting review bombed in Europe, it tanked in China as "Disney's worst ever opening" and a contingent of conservatives might not watch in North America.
