Here are the ingredients I used:

- Flour 250g
- Pure cocoa powder 20g
- Salt 1/4tsp
- Yeast 1/2tbsp
- Sugar 90g
- Vanilla flavour 1tsp
- Milk+warm water 1cup (add warm water to milk to get the 1cup measure)

Shey you know the water that sits on top of filtered akamu right? Thats the water you pour into the boiling soya milk, it will begin to coat.

Dinner- simple pasta with lump crabmeat, red sauce, and lots of basil from my garden. Parmesan shaved from a wedge that I’ve had for a few months, as you can tell I love cheese.

Cococandy, look at these. I just harvested a big basket of red and ripe cherry tomatoes and these are on deck already! These were all grown from the seeds of cherry tomatoes that I ate. Gardening is so rewarding.

Catfish Tomato Basil soup with fresh bread made from 1/2 wheat flour, 1/2 all purpose flour.

Couldn't wait for the dough to rise the second time before baking. The hunger was too much to wait any further.
