So are you saying even though our country is at stake at the global stage, FG/APC will swear in a drug lord because there's no Interim in our constitution but the law states that a drug lord can be disqualified in the constitution? So are you saying installing a drug lord, certificate forgery is greater than having an Interim? They might not call it an interim per say but it will be a temporal govt in the form of an Interim.
There is no any portion in our constitution that allow tax evasion. That's to say Pandora tax evasive criminal Obi was not qualified to participate in the election.

Did you read what APC presented as their reason for dismissal?
Go and read Nigerian Law Report. Check it out on Google it's. It's a compedium of decided cases. Those are sound legal grounds. Obi’s legal team should have avoided those legal pitfalls. Then how do you think you would understand that legal technicalities more the APC's legal team. You think they just got there today. Give yourself to understand all their legal claims, whether they are the facts, or otherwise, of the case. Whether there's infringement or breach of any law relating to the election exercise. If so , any other action taken on that basis is void, including and most especially, Obi’s participation in the election. Somebody rigged, someone stole has no validity again. Nonetheless, you can believe what you will.

in this screenshot what it stated here is that:
1. Tribunal- 180 days
2. Appeal Court- 60 days .
But in the presidential election tribunal, it takes 180 days too and nothing of Approaching Appeal court of justice. The next court after the tribunal is Supreme Court of justice and it takes 30 days(both hearing and judgement takes place in this 30 days).
Together 7 months.

They have presented a forged certificate[clarification needed] to the Independent National Electoral Commission.
They are under a sentence of death imposed by any competent court of law or tribunal in Nigeria or a sentence of imprisonment or fine for any offence involving dishonesty or fraud or for any other offence, imposed on them by any court or tribunal or substituted by a competent authority for any other sentence imposed on them by such a court or tribunal;

At the minimum, one would expect some of you to be reasonable and discerning.
A primary school kid should know that it is impossible to conclude an election petition case in three months let alone in a month and half.
Tinubu is our president for the next 4 years at the minimum.
That's why Nigeria is going to have an interim government

Fortunately or unfortunately that is exactly what will happen (ACCORDING TO THE LAW)
Also according the same law (I stand to be corrected on this one) this case is more than 10 years ago, even if he was convicted for it (we don't even have any evidence of conviction yet), then he is free to become the president.

Serous cost for wasting everybody’s time.
The APC equally argued that the petition was improperly constituted having failed to Atiku Abubakar and PDP who were necessary parties to be affected by the reliefs sought
“By Paragraph 17 of the petition, the petitioners, on their own, stated that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar came second in the presidential election with 6,984,520 votes as against the petitioners who came third with 6,101,533 votes;
“At Paragraph 102 (ii) of the petition, the petitioners urged the tribunal to determine that 1st petitioner scored the majority of lawful votes without ing Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in the petition.
“For the tribunal to grant prayer (iii) of the petitioners, the tribunal must have set aside the scores and election of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar,
“Alhaji Atiku Abubakar must be heard before his votes can be discountenanced by the tribunal,” it said.
This point alone has destroyed Peter Obi’s petition. The quacks who filed Obi Obi’s petition will be sweating after reading this technical point. Wole Olanipekun is damn good in destroying cases on technical grounds.
To delusional obedients, it’s game over. Obi’s watery case has been shredded to pieces.

Mr Peter Obi is eminently qualified to participate in the elected for the fact that he participated in LP Presidential primary and LP granted him waiver. You should read this

Lame dock prayer by the APC. Mümù party.
Since the supreme court once ruled that it's the party's decision to field in the candidates they want, there's no case here of Obi ing labour party before 30 days prior to being the party's flag-bearers.
They ruled that in favour of Lawan, Akpabio, Umahi, etc and others against those who participated and won the party's primary election because their party's change of mind. However, in Obi's case, he even participated in and won the primary election of Labour Party.
APC IS AN EVIL PARTY, CRIMINALITY IS THEIR ORDER.

The 10 days falls within the 30 days allowed
If you are told, submit your work not later than 6 hours before 12 noon Monday.
That means you must submit by 6am on Monday.
If you go and submit 5 hrs to 12 noon on Monday (i.e. 7am, you are late Sir/Ma)
You will not say that 5 hours is within 6 hours will you?
