How long is the validity of your port as they can't give a permit beyond the expiry date of your port?

My port expired during my visa application but I submitted a new one for stamping which will be expiring 2032

Seems like you deferred the ission after visa approval...
The immigration officer should have told you that..you should have at least 30 days before expiry to extend your study permit in canada..

No I did not defer ission after I got visa , Yes one of the officer said that I should call on phone for extension upon expiration time .

It shouldn't get you worked up. Just find out the process and do it before the visa expires.

Im about to apply for my visa
I have a few questions

Full payment for a 1 year program
5million (CAD$14K) only in amy for living expenses
No employment
Land documents i bought (power of attorney, receipts of payment, Survey with past 2 owners name)

Is this amount enough for proof of funds for only 1 year as my program is only 1 year and i am not employed
Is it an issue or red flag to the VO that i will be using all my savings for this?

Should i submit the land survey with the name of the last 2 owner before me or should i just submit only the power of attorney and receipt
Is that strong enough to prove its mine?

I’m going for a 2 years course, my tuition is 10,750CAD while living expenses is 10k for a year, 2 years is $41k
I’m using my mom as my sponsor, she has transferred N15,000,000 which is CAD44k into my and also backed it up with a giftdeed.

My question is, will she have to show her own statement? Is it necessary? Or the gift deed will cover it up.

Sorry but if I may ask, why "Nursing"? Did you know that Zoology is one of the most heavily funded programs in North America? And she's got 1st class too- which means she'll be a competitive student for funding. Which aspect of Zoology interest her? She can do her MSc in Biological Sciences and add Biostatistics & Bioinformatics skills . Once she graduates, she can jump to a more flexible (and highly paying) role like "Data Analyst"

But if Nursing still, she can try those colleges in Ontario for a practical nursing program.

When you get to Montreal, you can take a flight (if you plan to). Otherwise, you can use a train/bus (Greyhound or MegaBus to Toronto). I recommend Mega Bus (they're kinda fast). You may book it in advance. Feel free to send a DM. If I'm available on your landing day, I can pick you (for FREE) from Airport and take you to the Toronto bus station.
