I can understand the interim job if either of those guys are not ready to take on the role immediately; and the person is decent enough, which I dont think Lampard is

But you should know that I don't rate Lampard (the manager) to perform when the pressure is on.
As it is, there is no pressure ra ra. The only pressure will be whatever he places on himself. From the club's perspective - just see us till end of season unless you want the fitness coach to take over in the interim?

UCL - It's not a given that we will beat Real and go on to win it but if does win it, that will be great for his CV AND the club. We can use that to brag about how ex-Chelsea players have the lock down on UCL trophies. If he doesn't - pfff, he ain't most likely not gonna be here in 3 months time.

Mourinho... well the experience is there. We are sure of trophies with him on the wheel. I know it's a very long shot getting him from Roma. But I won't mind having him the third time in Chelsea.

Enrique..... If the job is down to Enrique vs Naggelsmann, I go for Enrique. He has more experience. What he did with Spanish NT in Euros show he can work well with young players (we have them in quantity). Treble winning coach too.

He has done big things for the club as a player + English tax all working in his favour. Can't really fault that.
