What have they achieved? If this is how they would end the unnecessary strike, what has stopped them from calling it off in the first one or two months?

Sense in is missing here. U are one sided and that's a feature of an illiterate. ASUU has been pressing for this same issue since 2009 and fg is not doing nothing on it. If not gbajabiamila ASUU won't resume work and of course the fg knew the implications of the contemp of the court. In the agreement with the speaker, some months will be paid out of the 8month b4 it resume work.
