2. Is it a must that company name be active on CAC portal. Bearing in mind they age (63 & 60) and have properties and investment to prove they are going to return back to nigeria.

1. Yes, you mom needs to her statement as well. If she's retired, the level of activity on the will show such. If she gets allowances from your dad, you and your siblings it will show. Just explain her situation on the application.
2. The company name has to be active on CAC. If not, it is a risk factor. If self employed, he may have to pay himself salary for a period of time prior to applying. Strong tie to Nigeria will help this application. A thriving self employed business, landed properties, children and grand children to look after are strong ties.

When completing UK visa form, should the minor's refusal be stated on previous refusals in the minor's application or only the parents' since the minor did not apply independently. I was informed that visa refusal of a minor is usually not considered because they are underage.

Good day gurus!!! Please I need HELP/ADVICE
I intend visiting the uk for a few days maybe next year or so but I want to be prepared. I recently ed my business with CAC and opened a business bank to document everything.

-I want to pay myself as an employee. If an income of about N1.2m is coming in and out every month, how much could I pay myself, please (I have two teenage kids, 1 is working too)?
-When I apply for the visa, should I apply as an employee of the (my) business or as the owner of the business or both? And do I submit business and/or personal bank statement?
-Please how do I go about tax and especially payslip for employee/business?
-Should I apply for the visa as a family with my kids (my husband staying back) or may be take one of my kids and leave one w my husband? (No travel history)
-Can I submit my rent agreement or do I have to have a landed property? Or what can use as strong ties to my home country?
-Is a 10days holiday too much/little?

If your dad is sponsoring the trip, then they can both (dad and mom) use your same bank statement.

the same bank statement your dad will use into your mom’s application portal.

Mention in the cover letter that your father is funding the trip and that the couple is traveling together.

It will be better if your dad’s business is active on CAC portal. This doesn’t take time.
