Goodafternoon everyone,I am capturing next week.is it advisable to submit my document this week?I also did change of name due to divorce which was approved immediately.
My center is Alausa, I read that ikoyi doesn't allow you submit file until the day of your capturing,is it the same for Alausa too.

Thank you to the guys contributing on this thread especially to the person that answered my last question.
I have one more please. I filled an online application for a lost port in Ilorin and I got a capturing date next two weeks. I was told to bring some requirements but I can't find the screenshot I took. I also did not receive any mail from them. What are the requirements please. And is it advisable to open a file prior to the date of capturing

Finally got my port last week Tuesday. God go punish them for that Ikoyi. Anyway, anybody expecting anything from Ikoyi at this point, forget about fast track o. There’s no such thing for now. They’re following strict approval to clear backlogs from Abuja.

Maybe it may change but the PCO is still very new so don’t let anybody collect your money in Ikoyi o. Enough said.

Also, if you track your port and it’s in production, just go there to get updates or SERVICOM. I collected port last week, and today it’s still showing production. Lol.

Is this clearing of backlogs same for alausa? The agent helping me with mine said so but I don’t believe him. I captured since July .Please who has done fastrack at alausa recently

Good day all, In my collection slip at Alausa they said i should come September 12. Went there today, process was fast. They called my name and said my port isn't ready. Wrote some stuffs with red biro on the slip and said i will get a text when it's ready. I went through DIY 100% and want to ask, how long will i have to wait? Although i don't need it urgently but why are others getting there's with just the slip and mine isn't ready? Is it because of the DIY process? Thanks all.

You should have asked those people collecting theirs to know if they did DIY or not.

True. Didn't had chance to interact with people. It was surprisingly fast. Came, wrote down my name, in about 20 min I was called to a room. Although i wasn't the only one told my port isn't ready we were very few compared to those whose ports are ready.

Maybe you should give yourself minimum of 3 months from now if you did 100% DIY at Alausa. They have alot of backlog to clear and I think they are still clearing those that captured this year May.

I did captured for renewal at Alausa on the 4th
of May. I was there last week and they told me my port is not ready, and that I should wait for text message from them. I'm four months plus waiting for my port to be ready grin. This is not funny at all cool cheesy

Omo it's at Alausa o. Not that i even need it this year but might be moving out of Lagos December. If not they can help me keep it i wouldn't bother. I wouldn't advice anyone to go the DIY route 100% in Lagos or the South especially if you need it urgently. Let see out it goes, if by November it's still pending i might have to explore other means. Thank you for your inputs.

I picked up for my sister yesterday, she captured last week. I also did my capturing yesterday and I'm supposed to pick up on Monday. I'd update you after pick up, there might be an order to do that but I'm not sure that should disturb
Behizle: 7:52am On Sep 13, 2022
Yes, correction and capturing was done on the same day. They basically use your NIN to print your data for your new port. So, as long as your NIN is good, your port should be perfect.
Senaxx:

Please how did you go about the correction of data? How much did they charge you? Did you go before your appointment date to sort it out? I'm having same challenge but I want to wait until my capture date to avoid me spending money twice. Please let me know your thoughts on that. Hope I can do the correction and capture same date?

Is this DIY? If yes, what type of authorisation did you provide?

In Alausa heard an officer telling a man who didn't came with his kids straight up that he can't pick on their behalf unless he want to pay 5k. Everyone picking are thumbprinting including kids. The other option must be the usual Nigerian option.

Sure, but please at your own risk oh, our dealing is just business. Would be nice if you can wait a week when I get mine, at least two ports in a week is better than one.

Send a dm whichever
