I don't think the Zambian version can work in Nigeria because of cost of producing such ballot papers and lots of legal cases engulfing parties in Nigeria.

Update

I am tired of these senseless mentions.

Zambia has a little over 8 million voters while Nigeria has about 100 million voters.

Adding any other feature to the existing features in the ballot papers as INEC initially planned will require more ink to print them.

INEC may ask for more money before they are included because it wasn't in their initial budget.

It would be more better if INEC can look into this and include the pictures of party candidates along side the party logo in the ballot papers.

Like if you want INEC to include pictures of party candidates in the ballot papers. Share if you think it's not good.

Our ballot papers used to be like that of the Zambian.
What INEC is doing is to be on the safe side. So it includes the names of all the ed political parties on the ballot so that no one will sue it later of not being included.

INEC should first of all reduce the number of political parties to like 10 or 15.

INEC should reduced the number of political parties to just 2, which is labour party and PDP only, others are wasting their time.

However, Tinubu urchins know that PETER OBI is your next President

You can relocate to Iraq after the election.

Southern Nigeirans can do better to see one another as brothers pls. Yorubas should be free to Unite to Solve Yoruba Problem, or who is afraid of that? All sincere Yorubas that are tired of just foolishly complaining should Take Action and as we have become wiser, united and seriosuly Working together to permanently Solve the Problem of Yoruba Land.

APC wouldn't like this, they know that their candidate face will make even the pro APC voter not vote for him, imagine seeing this two faces on a ballot, who will you vote for?

The value of a country's currency doesn't translate to development though. This is basic knowledge.

Back to the topic, Nigeria has too many parties for that to work. If the list finally extends beyond one page because of the need to make it look like the one from Zambia, then there's a huge chance of voting manipulation. It can be as easy as keeping aside the sheets with a particular party, which ends up disfranchising a lot of people.

What are you even saying, what's the difference between those two ballot papers? Is it not just the addition of the candidates pictures? So that will increase the cost of the ballot papers? Lmao

Nigeria should produce booklets to satisfy those criticising our own as if they are wiser than the whole commission or the country. Even of INEC put the names of their candidate, his home town, his picture and a vote-begging sentence on the paper, they will still lule grin grin grin grin

If you know who you want to vote for, you should also know their party.
