Hi all, my port will expire next year March 23,2023 which means I will have less than 6months validity from September 23, 2022.

Can I book a capture date now and pick any date from September 25 for capturing so I can start renewal process immediately I have less than 6months validity.

Everything in Nigeria will stress you. If you know you need your port urgently, don't go thru the DIY route else, you might be frustrated.
Finally got my port 2months after Capturing.
Had to sort someone to Fast-track before I could collect it.
Took just 5days after payment. Again, give yourself between 3/6 months if you want to go thru DIY route.

How far. You've not collected yours from Abuja HQtrs. The website will notify you of that.

It is concrete.
I applied on the 29th june and was given 12th August.

None of the above. The timeline according to Ministry of Interior: Renewal :3weeks after capture
New port: 6 weeks after capture.
So for my renewal I went there on the 4th week after capture date.

There's nothing to change there.. Go to the Warri office on your appointment day to get captured or a day before that day to get your file sorted out on time. I had the same fear like you when I first booked my appointment. Hehehe.

I just came back from 3rd avenue went for new application of port, I got late August as my capturing date, but the problem is that I have an I- 20 for a school which I already applied which is fall 2022, how can I meet up so as to get the port and schedule an interview Please � I need y'all assistance?
