He took me from the gate were crowd of people were right up to the seat upstairs were i was attended to. I paid walk in 42k and extra 50k for his services. It’s nigeria…everything is possible with money. Everything was in less than 30mins bro. There’s so much crowd there i guess you can’t do walk in if you don’t have connections there

In 2019, An agent tried helping me get a Canadian tourist visa, I gave him all the requested documents but I think he ended up adding some fraudulent documents to the application and I take full blame for that as I knew little or nothing about the system at that time having just returned from Malaysia where I did my undergraduate. Blame me the more if you like though. I earned a 5 years Canadian entry ban because of that incident.

Now I intend to apply for my postgraduate in the UK hopefully by January 2023 intake. What are my chances? I intend to disclose it during the application but because some schools won’t refund deposit if visa is denied, I want to be sure of my chances before even beginning.

Your CAS is also a sort of certificate of sponsor and since you are self-sponsoring and you ve ed your POF and other necessary document, put your mind at rest.
Little mix up here n there can always be overlooked as long as your document are genuine

If you mean airport, Heathrow is good, Gatwick is good, Manchester is also good... Make your choice.

For airline, go for any that suits you. The amount you budgeted for it is the first determinant.

You might need to discuss this with your University. A valid TB test result is usually required at the point of entry and not just for your visa application. The certificate can only vouch for your TB-free up to July 10. Please ask your university ission team about this.

The error has been made.

Since you don't have the funds for a new application which is the ideal thing to do in this circumstance, you can wait till your visa is out and chase up with the refund.

IHS can't be usable for future applications because no one knows what visa application it will be and if it will be granted

Normally if you choose to do nothing IHS will automatically be refunded after awhile


Tbh my advise will be to cancel and reapply

The question is, does anyone know what bank I can use to make this payment £5,160( 50% tuition)? I would appreciate if any pointers can be given for a fast payment via form A as form A offers lower rate.

Form A right now na war ooo. I have not seen a case less than 4 weeks, even 5 weeks is not guaranteed. But try access and FCMB.

I will like to know if this is a deal breaker during the application because I want to select Yes now so that I can put the children's name as my dependent.

2. We have not collect birth certificate for these children age 5 and 11 and I plan to do so now before I apply for my VISA. I hope the date the Birth certificate is issued does not matter.

3. Please kindly advice on the document I will need to provide when the time comes to apply for the children.
Please note that their father is going to fund the children so the POF is going to be from him.

NB. We are never married and did not live together.

Yes, they will... But you will have to pay for walk-in for others who do not have appointment for that day.

Make sure everyone print their slip for their various dates so they can sign on it.

Their discount is discretionary, that's what they told me when i called them. Check the offer email...If there is no discount stated clearly then you're not qualify for it. I am going to Bournemouth

1. You can include a cover letter to explain this but ensure that you declare them on your student visa application. Note that you can opnly bring them with you if the father will also be coming or if you have a sole custody document from the court. Bringing them outside of that will be subject to the ECO's discretion and you will need to prove beyond reasonable doubts that no other option is feasible outside of them being here with you. Childcrae details in the UK, evidence that the other parent can't reasonably take care of them in your absence, cover letter from the other parent alongside the parent's port details/copy etc.
2. As long as the birth details are correct, the document is original and has all the necessary info, you shouldn't have a problem.
3. Proof of funding - ideally yours but if the other parent is funding, then the parent has to state why it is not feasible for him to accompany the kids, TB test, Birth certificates showing you and their dad as their parents, Evidence of your status/studentship in the UK, child care plans, if they are below a certain age, pictures of you together, any financial contributions by you for them evidenced by receipts

It has to be from an international company or organisation, not an organisation that just operates in one country.
This can be evidenced by their letterhead showing their offices in 2 or more countries + numbers + email(s), web presence etc
The sponsorship letter must be on the letterheaded paper and stating how much they are giving you or stating that they will cover all your outstanding tuition/maintenance costs.

I got a NSF email yesterday asking me to explain my 9 years study gap.

I worked with an organisation for four years, (I have the appointment letter and all) but quit in 2018 due to pregnancy and baby nursing. I nursed from 2018 without employment but opened my own private business in 2020. I hope mentioning the business and nursing will not be a red flag that me deny me visa.
