1 - Yes you can add the LISA to the deposit.

2. The biggest issue with this is that the bank will only take your earnings into consideration which will of course reduce your purchasing power. Secondly If you have a t and any money is coming from there or sugar's for the deposit, your sugar will have to either declare (signed and noted by solicitor) that the money is a gift to you and that they have no stake at all in the house. Thirdly buying in separate names does not reset the first home buyer advantages unless you're not financially linked in any way. It will have to be a completely arms length transaction.

My advice - buy the first one tly as a family home and you can play shenanigans with any subsequent purchase.

It is possible. No risk as by this time, you should have completed all your taught modules and be on your dissertation. If that's the case, let your employer know so that your start date will ideally be after your dissertation completion. Alternatively, you can speak with your school since you might need a letter from them for your employer.
Also depending on the employer, pre-employment checks take anything from 3 weeks - 3 months so you might not even need to do anything out of the ordinary.
People have switched before the end of their studies without issues.

I’d still alter the job experience title on the CV if I were you. Eg from Logistics Manager to Project Manager. Tailor your CV based on the roles you are applying for as generic CV’s won’t fly. If you are applying for a logistics manager position then by all means, leave the title on your CV as Logistics Manager.

They're jobs that you look after individuals in ed living, mostly people with substance abuse or mental health issues. You don't do any form of personal care for them, it's just medication istration, key working and daily logs

Keywords on Indeed - Recovery worker, ed living, assisted living, mental health worker

They all ask the same questions at interviews (I have done at least 12 since I moved to London area and I have never been rejected, I'm not exaggerating).
Typically questions revolve around Safeguarding, mental health act, scenario questions about what you'll do in certain situations, what you'll do if you notice a service is being abused etc (you can check glass door as some of them are there)

Check creative, NHS, Cygnet, Mencap.. they're almost always hiring for workers

Also, on Indeed flex, attend the interviews and you'll get shifts off there.

Council/Social housing is PUBLIC FUNDS. If your visa says ‘No Recourse to Public Funds’ then just forget about council housing.
