Yeah, they are enough to receive funds. Just fill bank name, name, and number. Payoneer will the details. And you are not receiving money from abroad. A merchant (Located in Nigeria) will credit your . The merchants are in partnership with Payoneer.

The interesting thing here is that I spent more than an hour on live chat yesterday for idea on how to do this. The agent simply concluded in the end that it's not possible.
