Why are so many Cases lying fallowed in our Courts?
So many thousands of Cases in -National Industrial Courts, Federal and State High Courts' the Appeal Courts and even the Supreme Court!. But why,?
Is Justice delayed not Justice denied?
Cases from 2009,2010,2011,etc,are in between National Industrial Courts ( a technical issue that deals with labour matter )is unduly delayed,even where a Judge is wrong,yet the Appeal Court could not take bold steps to correct it,so many Nigerians are no longer ready and not interested in going to Courts,, for,if labour matters could take Decades to determine,then what happens in Criminal,Land disputes,etc.
For instance, a Judge knew very well that all Staff must go through Staff Deciplinary Commette but still give a Judgement against the Staff , despite that a company did not invite the staff to come and state his side of the story before the Committee.
This is Nigeria and if this is Political cases,or even cases of Judicial Benches, would it take decades to decide?
