Greetings, pls my a5pro is having freezing screen issues. Untill I lock and unlocked the phone before it start working normal, after sometimes it goes back again, keyboard siezed and screen freezes. Have checked and done all I red online about space, I have enough space. Still yet it kept doing so for months now. Any help here, the phone has not been opened before

Hello please, I need ur advice. I bought a Umidigi a5 pro screen from aliexpress but on getting the screen, it displayed but calibration did not work, sent messages to Aliexpress and the seller, then opened dispute, after presenting the video evidence to AE, they asked me to fill form and return the order to get my refund, on getting to NIPOST(Abeokuta), they charged me 7k because I want the refund of #14980. I couldn't pay such amount and just returned home. I've been sending messages to the seller but no reply yet, if you've ever sent back an order to AE without paying such high amount, or please teach me through if I can get my refund without actually sending back the order. |
