Speedaf does home/doorstep delivery (with no extra cost) using freelance agents, usually for parcels with tracking numbers that end with "R".

The ones that end with "E" or "O" usually requires self pick up.

The 75 days has actually elapsed before I opened the dispute. I was surprised to see their response. Anyway, I'll wait till tomorrow and see if there is going to be another update

This is the poorest AE experience so far.

PLEASE HELP A BRO.. CAN'T WAIT 66 DAYS

I had made an order for a 20000 maH on the 11 November 2021. Seller did not ship until when the time for shipping had almost elapsed, the seller then proceed to ship item via DHL(9632586512). (This was probably because in a few days time, the Order would automatically be cancelled and a refund issued to me )

I later got notified that my item had been shiiped, then i tried to track the item with the Tracking Number provided by the seller, but sadly the "ITEM and tracking number does not exist"�.
I tried to communicate with the seller, but the seller does not understand me or communicate properly to me. Now the timer has extended and showing "Item shipped" but the Order has not shipped and i can not wait for 66 days to open dispute for an unshipped item. This month has been the worst month of shopping online for me.

Please if you have an email or i can explore to talk to AE customer .. I will be grateful..

The seller obviously is scam..imagine he had a positive rating of 37.5% next time don't go with anything less than 90, he listed about 3,000 items in his shop, his acclaimed sales by mere seeing is below 200, without s! looks novice-ly staged to me.

KEY
-Positive percentage (shows credibility personally I do 95% above, it's believed that the higher the less chance to careless about your order)

-Customer reviews (especially from your country men, to better know how fast or slow it could be delivered and also since you might tend to share same national taste he is most likely to compliment what you might value most about it too)

-Q/A section of the product (To know beyond whats writen in the specsheet or title plus if it has lots of buyers you can ask and be answered fast)

they'll reschedule it tomorrow with a new number, call the number and tell the guy to bring over your order at once. Otherwise you'll keep seeing this until the guy tire come wan bring am on his own ( this is my personal experience o)
