The charges are too much. UBA only charges me about #12k for a 4k pounds deposit and It was really fast, 3days. i only need to open a savings with them that day and move the money there. My school also confirm after 3 days I got a debit alert from UBA.UBA is the best.

The landlord promised to give me back 2weeks rent till now ,its story for the gods, i don,t even know what to do in the matter self.

After 20 days in the hostel, a friend called that there is a place vacant for 2 bedroom, i was happy and paid for it cause i am expecting my family, I used the address of the place for their Visa Application only to find out that it is a Council House, i do not know what to do again. Their Interview is next week and i am so confused.

You are already in the Uk, why not confirm a place before sending your money to them. That would save you this stress.

I have this enquiry for a friend.
He just got his student visa and that of the kids. Is it posible to invite her MIL over to assist with the kids on a visit visa where by the MIL would not stat more than 6 months of the visit visa issuance. Please how can she go about this as having the MIL around her will ease taking care of the kids.
Please advise on best approach legally for this to ensure the MIL is issued her visa.

Since the POF for both of you is said to be £27,302. The current conversion rate on Oanda is #566 which will amount to #15,452,932 that's the amount required. But in an event where the exchange rate goes up, the #650 rate you calculated is super safe for you which amounts to #17,746,300. On a final note, the #17,746,300 is sufficient enough for both of you. You have nothing to worry about...

It would be in your best interest to leave the money til you get your visa at least.

I paid a deposit of £3350 and the rate was £577, Access bank deducted 10,700 naira for offshore transfer and another 5,300 naira for swift transfer and another 24k which narration wasn't mentioned.

I would really tell the school what the agent said and express my worry and then ask them to confirm if that is what they would do.

I would tell them I have offers from other schools and would not want to miss other opportunities. So therefore they should let me know what their decision would be in time.

I got an offer from Ulster, paid deposit and awaiting CAS interview. I did the application myself but was assigned an agent for the rest of the process.

The agent said the university may refund my deposit because I had two previous UK visitors visa refusals.

I don't want someone who is not an ECO to determine my fate.

I have offers from two other universities. What is the implication if I make another deposit is any of those schools instead of waiting for Ulster to return my deposit when it would have been too late to apply through other unis this January?

650 is excessive. better to use around 580 which gives enough room for inflation because officially it is at 577. but if you can make up all the funds with 650 per pound, why not?

enough proof of funds will be your complete tuition (minus deposits already paid) plus about 1100*9months (other unis) or about 1400*9months (london unis). add about 900*9months for each dependent

Sorry about the loss of the port.

If you are yet to make the visa application, the best thing to do is to request new CAS with the new port explaining loss of port as the reason.

This is to avoid story that touch.

Yes, I used one in July for my application and it got REFUSED...I’m still crying till today. The visa was delayed for 2months and eventually refused.
