home delivery , everything was done automatically, all I did was track my package and call the number of the delivery guy when it popped up on the tracking website that he would be handling my delivery

nothing , other than the normal money I paid for the product on AliExpress..
no way to request , if your tracking number starts with NG , just track it back to back.. I have the speedaf app for tracking which is same as their website

I paid the first part with my normal gtbank , then I paid the second part with the Gomoney virtual card. Then I created two more virtual cards to complete the transaction, but both are getting declined. What could be the reason? I believe each card should have their own monthly limit.

The limit is tied to ur not the card's.

Send a message to the customer care to activate your card for online transactions.

You are most likely to be ed on Monday to go pick it up from the nearest local post office, as they don't worry on Saturday and Sunday.

Check the PO on Monday before 11am if you don't have a NIPOST staff that delivers to your address.

So I got an update that my parcel will be returned. I wasn't called or texted by the PO and everytime I reached out to them, they respond that they do not have record of my item.

Please do I open dispute now or wait till after 75 days?

You see the problem with returned parcels due to "refusal of collection by recipient" (either deliberate refusal or assumed refusal) is that you get to forfeit the shipping amount when refund is made.

Check my screen shots below for the item that I eventually won the dispute for. The return wasn't my fault but that of NIPOST that failed to me since June that it arrived Nigeria.

Sorry guys. Your items may not get to you. Apparently I'm in this same shoes with an item that has reportedly "arrived at destination" since June. It didn't change to "failed delivery" as is usual with items tracking. Twice I have requested 30 days purchase protection from the seller because I don't even know if I'd win the dispute with that "Arrived destination" status. So two weeks ago, I sent my tracking number to the post woman that usually handles my orders to help follow this up. Till now I didn't get a headway from her. So I decided to visit the post office myself 3 days ago.

I showed them the tracking number and the information about the logistics. They went thru their records for month of June and nothing of such was found. They eventually concluded that it didn't get to them and of course I couldn't argue that because the "failed delivery" status was absent.

Here is a screenshot of the tracking.

So thankfully I got a favourable arbitration for the two items in dispute - first a parcel that appear wasn't even shipped at all by the seller cos there was no tracking update and a second parcel that arrived since June but wasn't delivered to me and eventually AE claimed was returned even though the Post Office has no inkling of the eventual fate of that item when I made enquiries about it and even gave 'em the tracking number; such inefficient lot they are.

Unfortunately, the item that was returned means that I will forfeit the shipping fee while the cost price of the item will be refunded to me.

The refund is complete and my got credited yesterday and today (for the two items); GTB
