Pls wots is wrong with dis order??
I ordered a tws earbud from a store on AliExpress with free AliExpress standard shipping on 3rd of September 2021,the seller accepted the order and gave a tracking number that starts with NG and end with R..like dis (NG******R),but since then no tracking info has been added regarding the package.Some Tracking sites are showing invalid tracking number.
I have ed the seller regarding this,but he is not replying my messages,pls wot shud I do next??

As explained by the rep, the owners of packages whose tracking numbers end with O (Cainiao Economy) will have to visit their office for pickup henceforth within 7 days of notification. On the other hand, owners of packages whose tracking numbers end with R (AE Standard Shipping) are eligible for home delivery.

Okay. Thanks for this invaluable information. Didn't know this. Although I prefer going to get all my packages myself from their office irrespective of the status.

The surest way is to buy something with their card. Another way is to the customer care, but most of the agents may give you a wrong rate.

I put my main SIM on my MIFI thinking they would send a text as usual because I usually receive text/WhatsApp from the post office and I can receive text on my MiFi and not calls. I recently figured out about speed af and when I tried to track the package it was showing "recipient phone number is blocked or wrong ". What can I do to retrieve the package please? I heard it has been returned.

Check their Site for their number and call them.

Next time use a phone number accessible both phone calls and SMS.

Be quick about it before they send your package back. Speedaf doesn't waste time in doing that.

Why didn't you open a dispute after 90 days?

Also no one absolutely no one depends on tracking via AliExpress apps. Always use other tracking sites to keep detailed track of your item because even if you will file for a dispute you need to submit tracking details from more than one source.
