Please, is it possible to open an with a Microfinance bank this month, July, then put my POF in September? Seeing it's relatively new, is this a red flag? Thanks y'all.

I am suppose to do my biometrics at TLS Abuja center today 16th of July, I got a mail from them at 12am, which I think is really unprofessional, that the center will be closed. I travelled all the way here with my husband. So sad. Is anyone experiencing such or have experienced such. What can be done, I’m seeing they will be closed Monday-Wednesday next week and there’s no available date till 30th of July on the page.

Pls I want to ask some questions.

1. If I apply for my masters in u.k can I be given visa on scholarship without proof of fund in my .
2. If my proof of fund is below 500k can I be consider after tuition paid.
3. With the level of visa issued presently can my wife and daughter go with me as dependent and she be able to work while I school.

4. Lastly if I am wrong with all my questions.
Can you please and please explain some cogent process to go by it with my family on student visa.

This is actually unprofessional knowing that ppl coming for biometrics do not live only in Abuja and Lagos

Our biometrics day was just one day apart and same with our pickup date. The POF was all in my and I indicated that on his own application, so I just submitted my statement of . I have the Marriage certificate from the registry so I cant say much about that.

Pay via bank transfer and print evidence of payment. to use port number as reference or remark when doing the transfer

Lol it’s over 2weeks I ed my statement yet they haven’t sent my CAS. No change in my portal either. I’ve sent mails to them and I’m honestly getting fed up at this point. Sadly deposit has already been paid.

Please kindly assist. While filling out the form for dependant (partner), what visa type are we to pick? I was expecting to see partner depandant visa. We won't want a situation where they will stamp 'NO WORK, NO BUSINESS' on the port, just like someone experienced here.

Tosinkate, thank you so much ma'am. Okay, that's noted. Although, I've got a UBA acct of over 10yrs, however, there's more to wanting to open an acct with the Microfinance bank if you understand what I mean. But if opening a new acct with a Microfinance bank to show POF will be a deal breaker for UKVI, I'd rather not do it.

Unfortunately those are the prices as the dates are closer. KLM is cheaper so you might want to consider applying for an airport transit visa. Check the KLM site for more info.

If you’re booking today, British airways has N265,630 for 13th september. That’s the cheapest direct flight I’ve seen so far.

From Abuja though. Lagos prices are all above 300k.

You should also be aware that flight prices increase as the day gets closer
