Firstly, your mental health and your baby health is very vital here. Please don't panic. There is always a way, my dear.

Secondly, it will definitely affect your visa application process in the long run. I read on a Canadian visa blog immediately I saw your inquiry. The major highlight there is that another medical will be required again at a certain stage of your pregnancy during (especially at an early stage) and post birth. It was also noted on IRCC webpage on medical issibility. It's actually a long process.

The important thing is that it's very possible you can still get a study permit - but the question is how long is your study as this will be factored in the decision of the visa officer. I feel if it's a year, mostly likely they will want you to give birth here or apply for the "pregnancy visa" to give birth in Canada which has 6months validity.

Apparently, your proof of funds will now be for two for the study permit application. If you have submitted your application, you will need to do another LOE for explanation and POF to be submitted via a webform.

But submitted my application after giving birth as I needed to include my baby’s name in my application.
Gave birth March and submitted my application April .

I think every thing now is proof of funds and how to convince vo that you are not using study route to give birth .

Dear selfless gurus in the house, I've been a fervent follower of this thread in recent weeks and I'm preparing to submit application for winter 2022 intake.
My wahala now is this, I graduated with 4.2CGPA in logistics and supply chain management, and I've been working in this industry since after graduation. Ordinarily, I'll love to apply for a masters degree in this field, but the only 2 schools I have come across in all of Canada that offer this program at masters level are York University and university of Windsor. Their tuition for the program is way higher than my budget. I want to settle for a graduate certificate program for the same course in a college, which has a tuition within my budget.
With my academic background, in of my cgpa, is there a way to convince the VO during visa application that there's a career progression in this move?
Please assist me as soon as possible.

I when I tried taking same route of doing it before the assigned time, guess what?

The security guy said I need to pay 3k which is 6k for me and my wife. Wanted to it on time because of third mainland traffic.

I didn't pay. I was allowed in 20 mins before my time.

As regards your laptop, don't bother to work with it while you are in because those guys especially the security guys are rude. However, you can take your bag in. Just planned and sacrifice like 1-2 hours after you are in to conclude everything so you can go back and hug your lappy.

Good morning Sir,

You will need to submit your application before you can give your biometrics.

Request for biometrics from IRCC is usually within 24hours from the time you submit your application.

It sounds to my mind that you are doing medical upfront, which is cool. However, you can't do biometics upfront, you must submit your application, receive a biometric invite, book an appointment with Vfs global.

In my opinion. Since you have submitted your SP application and you didn't know you were pregg, it's better for you to have more proof of funds and also send additional documents/SOP explaining that you never knew you were pregnant before you submitted your application. Because the VO officer will think you have plans to have your baby in Canada. From experience my wife's 1st refusal she wasn't pregnant, but during her second application she was pregnant, she used her old medical examination because we had no plans to have our baby in Canada....She was approved....She ed Fanshawe College regarding her pregnancy and due date and was advised to differ which she did, because if she decides to have the baby in Canada her insurance doesn't cover maternity.

House, Pls I need advice. I wish I've been following this page before starting my application.

Note I applied for another Bachelors in Environmental science in Canada. Although I already have bachelors degree in Estate management and I also started my masters in d same school which I started since 2018 and was supposed to be completed within 18months but due to the corona and department wahala, d program is still on going, so I decided to apply to Canada, to get another Bachelors that's similar to the one I already have, hence my decision to pursue another Bachelors in Canada. I used to work with an estate firm,but currently, I work with an entrepreneurship agency as a data analyst which I mentioned in my Visa application.
Another issue is I just concluded my masters here last week.

I applied for Visa early this year (March) and was refused few days ago and the reasons stated are:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I need your advice pls as I don't know where to start and what to do.
