My a5pro caught a malware which I've tried factory reset but still not working. I need a workable solution form the house please. Someone said hard reset could solve it but I'm thinking of rooting the device. If there's anyone who can help root my a5pro or give me better advice on how to remove this stubborn 2 malware. It's me and those stupid malware sharing this phone now. It freezes at seconds interval. Help me please

Emily22:Yes I cleared cache partition and clear data/wipe data but still the same. I've ed the recommended group. Someonr said I should flash a new ROM on the phone which I don't even know how to do so as not to brick the phone. |
