By now, folks around should have been questioned to ascertain people that actually come around that place. Probably, big cars or flashy guys or any bad odour from that area.

This is what I expected from people who shared videos on Social media about the case. Snapshots of the books and credentials there.

He was actually defending himself since he was alleged to be physically attacked by the victim,but why will a girl decide to have sex to a complete stranger who just got her cheated ?

And where did he found a condom that fast without the girl contemplating ok it, assuming they did had sex?

He claimed he was attacked by her a stabiliser,which is a baseless point,he is a man and based on his size he can overpower her without much stress disregarding the fact they were having sex.

So why will he attack and kill someone trying to run for her life assuming their points were valid?

Please don’t be emotional. Imagine you put up this argument in court and someone turns up with a stabilizer that a 4 year old can carry. There are small stabs too.

Lets accept that she hit him with a stabilizer but in self defense. She was already scared for her life as he had tricked her with a job interview, kidnapped her & was going to rape her so she was fighting back in self defense and he murdered her.

If we don’t take that position, he will. Then it goes from murder to manslaughter as he will say he was defending himself.

He never said she hit him on the head........perhaps the girl aimed for his head but mistargeted and landed the stabilizer on his hand.........

This is not manslaughter but pure MURDER. If the girl was trying to kill him and in the process not to be killed hit her and she died that's manslaughter, but like he said she was running and trying to escape from the room but he went towards her and hit her back. So the intention was not to defend himself cos the threat was running away from him.

2) And the case of the girl hitting him first with a stabilizer is exactly what i'll do if i were to be in such situation. First u tell the girl its a fake interview, and that u want to have sex . I would use any weapon close to me to avoid being raped. He claimed the girl agreed to have sex with him, so why was she violent was she saw the condom. Cos she didn't want the sex.

3) What about his statement when he was arrested, that he would be out of police net soon, like its not the first time he has been arrested for such and got away with it.

He already had a bad intention in the first place by deceiving the girl with a fake interview. So even if during the turnout of event the girl used a gun on him, she was only trying to fight for her life from a man who was clear from the point of bringing out a condom that he wanted to rape her. This is a MURDER CASE period.
