Hello Mike I did and I have been on this for two days now. I got the same noc as a financial sales representative. Where I had challenges with was how to apply cos I haven't ed the business yet and the pos is ed in my name from the bank.
I didn't understand what do as the only certificate given from the bank was to show that I am a certified agent. That is why I don't know what to do at this point.

1. No, however ATSWA is acceptable. can be added to your BSc to get two or more certificate
2. No, you can the Masters alone.

It was really a marketing session. They were really telling us how cool and serene NB is and why we should come and settle there. Also brought a recent PR there to give us her firsthand experience. Also a lot of question and answers.

One of the interesting responses i got was that for proof of job experience, they just want to be satisfied that you have performed the job in the past. So if you can't get a referral letter from your employer, things like job awards, employment contracts etc. might be accepted on a CASE BY CASE basis.

I think whenever you are ready to submit your application, you write a Letter of explanation stating reason for the difference in the year.

I had a similar experience as you. My year of graduation was 2012; WES wrote 2013.

I figured it was because, although I graduated in 2012, my certificate was issued in 2013 (which is clearly indicated on my certificate). So WES used the most recent date on my certificate. I believe that if you look at your certificate you'll find 2009 written somewhere.

When I was submitting my application, I attached all my certificates to my WES report and ed them, and I didn't have any issues. I think you should do the same. If you are not satisfied, you can include an LOE to explain the discrepancies.

Take this with a pinch of salt. It may be wrong. Hear from others as well. Do your research
IRCC wants proof that you have done the work you're claiming points for. So these are the options you have
1. Ask the bank to write a reference letter stating that you are an external Financial sales representative (money agent) for them. It should be written in IRCC format stating your duties and how long you have done it. Then you submit your statement of , the certificate you were given by the bank and any other documents, receipts you have that can proof you actually do this.
2. You your business now. Then you submit all the documents required for self employment, and an LOE explaining that you just incorporated your business, but you operated on a sole proprietorship model before now. In any case, to go the self employment route, you still need third party reference letters from any credible clients you have and from the bank. So the only difference between option 1 and 2 is that you incorporate the company.

The answer to everything you’re asking is on page one of this thread or IRCC website. Just come here to clear your grey areas. No one here is an IRCC agent so no one can advise you on your chances or the best NOC or whatever . We can only guess and guide you from personal or second hand experiences.

You can boycott your PPA. Kindly talk to NYSC Secretariat where you served. They will issue you a reference letter.

I ordered on the 15th of Feb and Got it exacty a month after.
I have never ordered or used the IRCC site for that before, but seeing the low cost, i took the risk.
You'll have to use a Canadian resident though.. and they will send electronic copy to then via mail.

I was but I also had BCS send my documents to someone I know in the UK so she just scanned me a copy and I sent the certificate to Wes straight away. But don't worry they will send it, good thing is BCS isn't like some of our Nigerian schools that takes forever. All the best.

When did you do your diploma? Cause I got 2 or more degrees with the same Unilag diploma

Pls I also did Diploma in unilag in 2008/2009 before crossing over to year 2 and completing my bsc in same course, but when I send both transcripts to WES in 2019 they evaluated them as one degree�.

Hello, I'm trying this permanent residency thing as a lawyer. And I just got my transcript and statement of result for my masters in Law.
I've been working for a law firm for a couple of years now and I'm strictly into research for the firm. My salary for the firm isnt that high so I've been paid with cash. I'm also an IT person and have been building apps for years now but only just ed my IT company mid last year here in Nigeria.
1. What's the best way to prove that I have 3 years work experience when I've been paid with cash.
2. WILL my IT experience in app development help in anyway.
3. I'm applying for the PR as a lawyer but havent been paying my Practicing fees since I dont really go to court since I strictly work on research. Do any of you know if they will ask for the practicing fee receipts in any of the stages since I'm applying as a lawyer.
